We know shopping online can be hard and we try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible! But, we get it. Sometimes it just doesn't work out. So take a sigh of relief, because we've made it oh so easy! We hope you LOVE your order, but in case it just didn't work this time, please read below for additional information on returns:
- You have 30 days from the order date to return your item/s for a store credit on regular price items. Credit never expires. We do not offer refunds, no exceptions.
- Store credit is issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at the shop. You are notified via email that your store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. Online credits and gift cards can't be used in-stores.
- If your return is post marked after the 30 days from the date of your original order, it will be rejected and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to received your merchandise back.
- Please include your original packing slip and return card in your return package.
- The item must be in new, unaltered and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, animal hair, or damage). If item has any of the above, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG. Please do NOT affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Any and all items purchased with a discount or markdown of 30% or more are FINAL SALE. Clearance and accessories are final sale and non-returnable. Any items noted as final sale are final sale, no exceptions.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. You will need to contact USPS or your chosen courier service with your tracking number to resolve such issues.
Please place a new order online for the item/s you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit.
If you do not want to purchase the new size, you can return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice for which size or color you would like in the same item, and we'll ship the new one. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out.
Please be aware any and all items with a discount or markdown of 30% or more, clearance and accessory items, and all sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for an exchange or for store credit if they don't fall into one of our final sale categories mentioned above. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs, one being the purchased pair and the other being the free pair.
If all items from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase will be given in the form of a store credit.
The purchased or free items from a BOGO sale are eligible individually for exchange of the exact item, only in a different color or size.
If only one item from a BOGO sale is returned for store credit, the customer will give up the discount from the free item they received, and the value of the free item will be split evenly amongst the other items in the sale for the return. For example, if you buy a $10 pair of leggings, and get another $10 pair of leggings free from a BOGO offer, if you only return one pair of the leggings, you will get $5 in store credit, not the full value of $10.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. Please follow the below process:
- Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and emails images to firstname.lastname@example.org, including the tag in the image showing it's still attached.
- In your e-mail please indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line to expedite the process.
- Include your first and last name on your JOELLE + CO account, your order number, and product code/name of the item.
